Vegan Buffalo Cauliflower



A delicious vegan twist on classic buffalo wings, this recipe features crispy baked cauliflower florets coated in a tangy buffalo sauce.

Ingredients:

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 tbsp vegan butter, melted

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 450F 230C

In a bowl, mix flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to make a batter

Dip cauliflower florets into the batter, making sure they're evenly coated

Place coated cauliflower onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cauliflower is golden brown and crispy

In a separate bowl, mix buffalo sauce and melted vegan butter

Once cauliflower is cooked, remove from oven and toss in buffalo sauce mixture until evenly coated

Return cauliflower to the baking sheet and bake for an additional 10 minutes

Serve hot and enjoy!
