Yeastless Flaxseeds Keto Wraps
These yeastless flaxseeds keto wraps are perfect for summer picnics or quick meals. Packed with fiber and healthy fats, they're a satisfying low-carb alternative to traditional wraps.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup ground flaxseeds
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Cooking oil spray
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix ground flaxseeds, eggs, water, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, basil, and black pepper until well combined
Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes to allow it to thicken
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly spray with cooking oil
Pour 1/4 cup of the batter onto the skillet and spread it into a thin, round shape
Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until lightly browned and cooked through
Repeat with the remaining batter, spraying the skillet with oil as needed
Once done, let the wraps cool slightly before serving
Fill with your favorite keto-friendly fillings such as grilled chicken, avocado, lettuce, and cheese
