Grilled Pastrami Swiss Sandwich



This Grilled Pastrami Swiss Sandwich combines the savory flavors of pastrami and Swiss cheese with the sweetness of onion marmalade, all grilled to perfection on hearty rye bread.

Ingredients:

  • 6 slices pastrami
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup sweet onion marmalade
  • 8 slices rye bread
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened

Instructions:

Spread sweet onion marmalade on one side of each slice of rye bread

Layer pastrami and Swiss cheese on half of the bread slices, marmalade side up

Top with the remaining bread slices to form sandwiches

Spread butter on the outsides of the sandwiches

Preheat a skillet or griddle over medium heat

Grill the sandwiches until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side

Serve hot and enjoy!
