Sweet Spinach Smoothie



This Sweet Spinach Smoothie is a tasty and good for you way to get some greens in your day. Since the banana, mango, and honey are sweet, they cover up the taste of the spinach. This makes it a great choice for both kids and adults.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes optional

Instructions:

Put frozen mango chunks, Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, fresh spinach leaves, and a banana in a blender

You can also add a few ice cubes if you'd like your smoothie to be colder

Mix everything together until it's smooth and creamy

If you think the smoothie is too sweet or too thick, you can add more honey or almond milk to make it right
