Calming Chamomile Latte



This Calming Chamomile Latte combines the relaxing effects of chamomile tea with the energizing effects of coffee to make a great drink that will help you relax and unwind. The warm almond milk makes it creamier, and the honey makes it sweet and comforting. Enjoy this relaxing drink while you take a moment to relax.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of brewed chamomile tea
  • 1/2 cup of warm almond milk
  • 1 shot of espresso or 1/2 cup of strong brewed coffee
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • A pinch of cinnamon optional

Instructions:

Brew a cup of chamomile tea and let it cool slightly

In a separate container, warm almond milk until it's steaming but not boiling

Brew a shot of espresso or prepare a strong cup of coffee

Mix the chamomile tea, warm almond milk, and espresso or coffee in a mug

Stir in honey to taste and add a pinch of cinnamon if desired

Sip slowly and enjoy the calming effects
